A Transdisciplinary Artistic Ecosystem
Where art, science, and technology converge to spark curiosity, foster cultural exchange, and connect communities. Through the Science Gallery, the Interactive Urban Museum (MUI), creative labs, and other platforms, we create spaces for experimentation, participation, and new forms of artistic and cultural expression.
Science Gallery Monterrey
Science Gallery is a unique space where art, science, and technology come together to challenge ideas and spark curiosity. Located in Tec’s Innovation District, it is the first Latin American venue in the global Science Gallery network, bringing participatory exhibitions, workshops, and dialogues that inspire new ways of imagining the future.
Laboratorio Arte AC
Created in 2019 through a partnership between Instituto Arte AC and Tec de Monterrey, Laboratorio Arte AC is a space for artistic experimentation at the intersection of science and technology. Students from different disciplines collaborate to imagine, develop, and create work through critical and creative processes.
Interactive Urban Museum (MUI)
The Interactive Urban Museum (MUI) in Puebla is EAAD’s national museum, located at the heart of the city’s historic colonial quarter. It is a space for exploring the relationships between art, culture, technology, and society. Through exhibitions, immersive experiences, and collaborations with creative communities, MUI invites the public to engage with ideas of identity, inclusion, and social participation while imagining new possibilities for Mexico’s future.
The Arts initiative fosters collaboration between academia, the artistic community, and local, national, and international cultural institutions. Through exhibitions, artistic residencies, workshops, and strategic partnerships, it creates spaces for experimentation, dialogue, and learning that connect students with the cultural ecosystem and expand the role of the arts within the School and society.
