Natalia García-Cervantes holds a PhD in Development Policy and Management from the Global Development Institute (GDI) at the University of Manchester, UK. She is currently an honorary research fellow at the same institution. Professor García-Cervantes is an associate professor at the School of Architecture, Art, and Design of Tecnológico de Monterrey and a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI) of the Mexican Ministry of Science, Humanities, Technology and Innovation.
