PhD Design (University of Dundee, Scotland). For several years, he has been researching and developing pedagogical methods and design tools to facilitate nature-based learning. His recent research incorporates concepts such as biophilia, biomimicry, and regenerative thinking, which help to promote ethical behavioral change towards a nature-centered civilization. He is a member of the International Network on Biomimicry, the Posthumanism and Design Network, and the Design History Network. He conducts workshops, lectures, and publishes on subjects such as multispecies design and regenerative strategies. Currently, he is an Assistant Research Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey and leads the Design and Advanced Processes for Sustainable Transformation Research Group.
